On our side we had some little troubleshoots, our website has vanished into a Bermuda triangle zone in where we lost a lot of our precious data… it’s a bit like becoming amnesic.. but,we’ll soon be recovering our memory! Meanwhile, you can follow our news on Facebook and on Weibo.
Talking about news, we do have some fresh stuffs coming up! Mostly music, to keep on celebrating summer, tank tops and watermelons. We have 5 bands coming to perform at Fun Festival in Changyang county, Beijing on August 23, 24 and 25th . These bands were actually on the bill of the last edition but due to heavy floods the festival has been rescheduled to this year. Check below to know all the details.
Besides, we have another big thing cooking for November, it’s called DongDong, it’s a new Music festival and Convention which will take place in various locations of the vibrant cultural corner of Beijing Dongcheng district. Stay tuned for information on artists line up, conferences and workshops…!

FUN…FINALLY!

FANGS @TEMPLE THIS SATURDAY!
After the usual visa suspense we can now safely announce that the 5 bands carefully selected by Kaiguan Culture for Fun Festival are already boarding on the plane to Beijing!
Here is all you need to know: august 23rd: the dirty garage sound of Fangs (UK) will be on at 5:30, followed by Marie Madeleine’s (FR) acid disco . On the 24th, you just can’t miss Sir Alice (FR), her platinum blond hair and her breathtaking performance at 6pm. On the 25th, at 7:30 pm True Live (AU) will show us some real elaborated musical hip hop with horns and cello and all but above all the cocky flow of their front man Ryan Ritchie followed by the sexy uplifting rock of Success (FR) which will be on at 8pm.
How to get there ? Easyyyyy ! Fangshan Line, Chang Yang Station. There’s a shuttle who will drop you off right in front of the entrance.

Fangs, the Scottish dirty garage disco outfit from Scotland is gonna be biting some more flesh after their apparition at Fun Festival. Find their pointy teeth at Temple Bar where they will share the bill with local rockabilly band Rolling Bowling this saturday (24th).
